About

Hans Erickson grew up in Los Alamos, NM. After studying and working in New York, San Francisco, Vietnam, and Singapore, he returned to Albuquerque to start his law practice in 2010. He strives to treat every client with the care and respect that he would offer to his closest friends and family, and to empower others with thoughtful, trustworthy advice in life's most important matters.

Although his practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and guardianship law, Hans previously advised clients on business, real estate, and other commercial transactions; tried criminal cases in state and federal court; and successfully argued cases in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He and his spouse, a certified nurse midwife, have two school-aged children. Hans enjoys jazz and classical music, movies, and spending time outdoors year-round, especially cycling on and off road, skiing, hiking, and camping.
